1. Chef Inox Cookware is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal household use for lifetime from the date of purchase.

2. Tomkin Australia promises the original purchaser to repair or to replace at Tomkins choice (a substitute of equal value will be supplied when a warranted product is no longer in production) any defective piece or article during the warranted term. Any defective merchandise should be returned to the place of purchase with a written explanation of the problem (including name, address and phone number) and the original proof of purchase and date and price. The new item will then be warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the unexpired term of the original warranty.

3. The warranty does not apply to any damage resulting from miss use, negligence, accidents, improper repair, commercial or dishwasher use. Damage such as markings or discolouration caused by over heating or pitting are not protected by this warranty. Incidental or consequential damages are definitely excluded by this warranty. This warranty grants you definite legal rights.
